Book with TC (@artistry.bytc)

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about TC! She was absolutely incredible to have as my makeup artist on my wedding day. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she was also so lovely, kind, and calming throughout the entire morning.

My makeup looked absolutely beautiful and lasted perfectly throughout the entire day and night. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made me feel so confident and beautiful on such a special day.

I also want to give a huge thank you to Shawna for being so wonderful throughout the entire booking process. She was always so quick to respond to emails, communicated everything clearly, and made the whole process feel so easy and stress-free. Her organization and communication were so appreciated, especially when planning a wedding!

Overall, I had such a wonderful experience. TC and Shawna were both so lovely to work with, and I’m incredibly grateful to have had them be part of my wedding day. I would absolutely recommend them to any bride looking for talented, professional, and genuinely kind people! 🤍”

“TC and Taylor were absolutely amazing on my wedding day! They were both so sweet, thoughtful, and made the entire morning so fun and relaxing. They really took the time to listen to everyone’s preferences and made us all feel so comfortable.

I really appreciated how they handled feedback. both TC and Taylor were so kind and more than willing to make adjustments until everyone was truly happy with the final look. they genuinely wanted everyone to feel their absolute best.

I couldn’t have asked for a better makeup artist team!”

“TC did an amazing job with my makeup—it lasted flawlessly all day. She’s incredibly talented and such a sweet person to work with. Shawna also made the booking process smooth and enjoyable, which took away so much stress.

And I also highly recommend doing a bridal trial; it was so helpful to see how the makeup wore and give feedback, making everything absolutely perfect on the wedding day.”

“I had booked TC for makeup for my engagement party and added hair last minute. TC was so accommodating and incredibly talented - she is just so personable and easy to get along with. Her energy, reassurance, and absolutely amazing makeup and hair skills made me feel so relaxed, beautiful, and confident before and during my special event.

Because of TC, I could enjoy my night without constantly checking how I looked because I knew she did such a phenomenal job (and everyone thought so as well!) I also have pretty dry skin with some acne and struggle to make any sort of base sit nicely on my skin but TC made me look absolutely flawless. She knew exactly how to accentuate my features but she still checked in with me throughout the entire process to ensure I liked the look. TC ensured my hair would STAY the entire night and it definitely did! I have never had my hair done in a way that it doesn't fall flat within an hour but TC worked some major sorcery.

For my engagement party, I was wearing traditional clothes and jewelry from my partner's culture (the headpiece is called a tikka) and, though TC (nor I!) had never placed a tikka before, she was so patient and willing to get it right with the help of my new SIL. TC made sure the jewelry would stay in place, and even redid my hair to ensure everything was perfect. I really appreciate how open TC was to learning how to place the tikka right there and then. She was very respectful and patient the entire time despite so many curveballs!

During the event, my partner and I took many, many photos, even some outside where it was windy, ate to our hearts content, and danced away the night but my makeup and hair were still looking fantastic by the time I was getting ready for bed. Genuinely, I don't think I have ever looked better and I feel so grateful to have been able to work with her. For any event, I would 100% recommend booking with TC as she is the kindest soul I have ever met and is so talented when it comes to hair and makeup.”

“I had the pleasure of having TC from Awna Artistry do my makeup for my wedding recently and it was one of the best decisions I made!

As someone who doesn’t regularly wear makeup, TC made me feel so comfortable and confident in my bridal looking. She really cared about making sure I felt comfortable and provided great suggestions on how to create my dream look. The makeup was absolutely amazing and lasted all day, even through lots of tears!

Everyone in my wedding party felt so beautiful and loved being around TC. When my mom and aunt felt shy and not comfortable speaking English, TC made them both feel at ease by talking with them in Vietnamese. This was one of the many reasons why I loved working with TC as not only is her skillset out of this world, her dedication and understanding of her clients made our getting ready period such a success.

I highly recommend Awna Artistry to any brides-to-be or anyone looking to glam up for any occasion!”

“TC was absolutely amazing. She did my daughter’s hair and make up for her graduation. She went above and beyond for us!”

“I had my makeup done by artist TC on my wedding day, as well as my two bridesmaids. We all loved our looks!! Both Shawna (owner) and TC are so kind, knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend for any of your glam needs!”

“I could not recommend Awna Artistry enough!! TC has done my make up for me Twice now. I first met her when I was a bridesmaid last year and I knew when the time came I wanted her to do my make up for my wedding as well, so I booked her as soon as possible. She has amazing energy and really listens to you! Through the times she did my make up I felt like on my wedding it was like having another friend in the room with me!
100% recommend.”

“I had an absolutely amazing experience with TC doing mine and 3 others make up for my wedding reception! She truly is an artist and took so much time and care to ensure everyone looked amazing for our event. She is such a sweetheart and everyone loved both her and her work. Highly recommend!”
